A new patient can expect to spend about one hour at the office for their first visit.  This will include enough time to fill out the necessary entrance forms, have your consultation, examination, and first adjustment.  If you have your entrance forms completed already, you can deduct 15 to 20 minutes from that estimate.  The 2nd visit will take approximately 20 minutes as you will be presented with a complete report of findings.  Subsequent visits are typically 10 minutes or less.

Insurance Coverage:  We are in-network providers for nearly all insurance plans within the Milwaukee area and will file your claims for you.  If you do not see us on your network provider list, the list you are viewing may not be accurate.  Often times insurance provider lists are simply not up to date.  We would be happy to call your insurance company for an estimation of benefits so you have the most up-to-date information available.

Nutritional Consultations and Nutritional Symptom Survey Form:  We provide nutritional consultations for all ages.  If you would like a nutritional consultation with one of our doctors, please contact our office.  For ages 12 and up, please fill out this form prior to your consultation.  Initial nutritional consultations are scheduled for 15 minutes separate of chiropractic visits.  If you can, please fax, email, mail, or drop off this form completed to our office at least one day in advance of your consultation so we may take time to review your entries before hand. 

The Symptom Survey is a well known screening tool used by practitioners who utilize Standard Process products for their patients.  Keep in mind, we have hundreds of nutritional products that we work with based on your specific needs.  The Symptom Survey is a basic screening tool for us and an educational tool for you.  We will make decisions on supplements to recommend for you based on our knowledge and experience, not on the results of a generic software tool.
